The primary way that we live out this Missional Expression of Serving the World outside the walls of our church, both locally and globally, is through Missional Living.

Global Missional Living

Jesus told his disciples that they would be his "witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8) In the same way, as Christ followers who are living life with a Missional mindset, we will find ways to invest ourselves in others both locally and globally.

Sometimes God calls people who are living Missionally locally to move to a new place and invest their lives in a new community. We call these people Global Missionaries, because God has sent them to a new place around the world to make disciples and bring transformation in that new local context.

If you are interested in learning more about being sent to places beyond Mosaic to live Missionally in a new context, we recommend getting some specialized and strategic training. One training program we regularly use is called the Master's Mission. This program is uniquely designed to equip committed Christ followers with the knowledge and tools to invest their lives in communities around the Globe.

Mosaic supports several Global Missionaries, in addition to families who are in the midst of training. We want to support these families financially, prayerfully, and relationally. Please take some time to check out the website and get personally involved in this support. To find out more about being trained for Missional Living Globally contact Gabe Forsyth.

Global Impact Teams

In the future, we would like to see Teams of people from Mosaic sent on short term trips to support those individuals and families who we have sent out to live Missionally in other places around the globe. These Global Impact Teams would engage in service opportunities that would strategically assist and build into the ongoing work being done in the neighborhoods and cities where our Global Missionaries are serving.
