Route 226 is the ministry offered for children ages 3 months to 5th grade. On Route 226 we aim to "Train a child in the way they should go" as stated in Proverbs 22:6. The children meet in age specified classrooms during each gathering. All gatherings are lead by volunteer leaders who have been background checked and trained to work in their specific area.
Infants from the age of 3 months will be welcomed into Lullaby Land by a loving, well-trained leader. While in Lullaby Land, babies will hear the name of Jesus and experience His love through the people caring for them.
Toddler Town is the place for our toddlers up to 3 years old who do not yet attend preschool. In Toddler Town, your toddler will learn that God is love through storytelling, crafts and play.
In Pre-K Place, our preschool kids ages 3 to 5 will hear God's word through creative storytelling, lively worship and fun crafts. This is a busy, active environment designed with your busy, active little people in mind!
Kid City is the place for kids in Kindergarten - 5th grade. In Kid City, the kids will see God's Word come to life through exciting and engaging Bible stories. Every Sunday the kids learn about and actively (and we do mean actively!) participate in worshipping God. Our focus in Kid City is small group time where kids get to connect with other kids of the same age, as well as, an adult leader. We want kids to leave Kid City knowing that God's Word is for them, they can apply it to their lives, and they can have a relationship with God right now!
Route 226 Children's Ministry offers several fun events throughout the year that your kids won't want to miss! Look for Vacation Bible School in the summer, the annual Christmas play in the fall, and the FX - Family Experience throughout the year!
